Of Counsel Robert ("Robby") Borowski concentrates his practice on the defense of law firms and lawyers. Mr. Borowski has an extensive background in all aspects of state and federal court litigation including pre-trial law and motion, written discovery, depositions, and trial preparation. He has successfully represented a broad range of individual professionals, firms, and other entities in defending claims arising from the performance of their duties.

Mr. Borowski's specialty is in complex attorney attorney malpractice cases and malicious prosecution actions. Mr. Borowski has successfully disposed of many cases against lawyers on summary judgment and through anti-SLAPP motions, and has substantial experience at trial and arbitration.
