Patrick Maher represents attorneys, employers, real estate professionals, and other business professionals in complex professional liability and breach of fiduciary duty matters. His practice focuses on defending clients through all stages of litigation, including settlement, arbitration, trial, and appeal.
Since beginning his legal career in 2006, Patrick has consistently advocated for his clients’ interests with a practical, results-driven approach. He brings extensive experience navigating high-stakes disputes and works closely with clients to develop strategic solutions tailored to their specific objectives.
In addition to his litigation practice, Patrick is an MLBPA-certified agent, advising professional baseball players in salary arbitration and contract negotiations. This unique experience provides him with additional perspective in handling complex negotiations and advocacy matters.
