Partner Zachary Mayer focuses his praactice on the defense of lawyers and law firms. He has obtained numerous favorable settlements through litigation and arbitration, and is an experienced trial lawyer. Mr. Mayer has defended lawyers in numerous areas of the law, including construction, corporate, healthcare, labor and employment, antitrust, and product liability matters. Mr. Mayer brings an extensive range of knowledge and experience to all of his cases, whether it be devising and implementing defense strategies, prosecuting claims in corporate disputes or negotiating multi-million dollar settlements. Mr. Mayer handles State Bar investigations and has defended professional in disclinplinary proceedings.
